I neeeeed to get myself to do yoga on a regular basis (at least a few times a week). Whenever I do it, I feel good. Whenever I do it, I’m glad I did. Whenever I do it, I feel strong. If I ease into it, I don’t overdo it to start with. I just need to get in the habit, clear a space where I can do it whenever I want.
