To satisfy everyone in the house, we tend to decorate for Christmas on the weekend after Thanksgiving. And today’s the day!

Out come the boxes and tubs, the tree, the lights, the ornaments, the decorations, and the Advent calendars. All while playing Christmas music.

I absolutely love the Christmas season. Rory has a certain tolerance of it, but it doesn’t go too far. So we compromise by me not starting it before the weekend after Thanksgiving, and him not complaining about the festive environment for the month of December.
