I saw this meme the other day and it really struck me. I thought it was a great idea for figuring out what to write a book about.
I have a hard time thinking of anything that’s “deeply wrong” with me (I was never burdened with self-hatred—I don’t know if that’s due to my genes or my upbringing, but I’m grateful in any case), but I can definitely come up with a couple of aspects of my actual self that sometimes cause me suffering. My health anxiety would probably be tops. Maybe my difficulty parting with possessions. My fear of the unknown…
