Sunshine After Rain by Théodore Rousseau

As someone with debilitating anxiety, meditation is very good for me.

At the beginning of 2023, I started meditating on a regular basis. I’m sure I’ve written about it before. But if I haven’t, I follow Andrew Johnson through the Insight Timer app. His Scottish voice lulls me into relaxation.

I’ve done a pretty good job fitting meditation in most days since early last year, averaging 5-10 minutes per day, but I’ve noticed that the number of days I’ve been doing it lately has fallen off. So I need to recommit.
