Calgon, take me away!

The last several days, I’ve been really sensitive to sound. Noises have been extra loud, and sometimes feel like too much. And I’ve had a harder time tuning out sounds around me to focus on work or other activities.

When this happens, it’s usually because I’m overwhelmed with other things and/or more anxious than usual about stuff and/or overstimulated by my environment and situations. Right now it’s all of the above.
