This was the day we drove from Eureka to Crescent City, California, doing more of the Redwoods on the way. We did a short hike around Lady Bird Johnson Grove, and a somewhat shorter drive around the forest on Newton B. Drury Parkway. It was all beautiful, though it did get a little warm on the hike. We also stopped by an ocean overlook briefly, for a nice view. Here are some photos from this day. Some were taken by my daughter.
