I have like 30 minutes of daily physical therapy exercises I’m supposed to do, but they’re very boring, and don’t always help. So I’ve decreased how often I do the PT exercises and have added in yoga, being careful to treat my lower back, neck, and wrists gently and focus on the videos that target where my body needs the support.

I’ve found that the yoga that helps my problem areas is usually more effective than the PT exercises. Doing reps of a certain movement (PT) doesn’t advance my body’s capabilities as fast as holding certain positions and moving through certain flows (yoga).
